Terms of Service

General:

Once you receive any work from me, under no circumstances should you claim that you created the artwork, feed my work to AI, or edit the image. This still applies if you pay for commercial work. It is also necessary to credit me whenever applicable.

Please send me references whenever possible. If your character is original, give me a description and images that look similar to your idea.

Will Draw: Fanart, Comic Style Characters, OCs, Anime Style Characters, and Almost Anything SFW

Will Not Draw: NSFW, NFTS, or Anything I Am Uncomfortable Drawing

I can reject your request for any reason. If you are unsure about your request, feel free to contact me to check if I would be willing to accept.

Payment & Prices:

Payment should be in USD(United States Dollars) or conversion of your currency to USD. Do not try to haggle. All payments are through PayPal, Artistree, or Kofi, depending on your preference. At least Half of the payment is due before I start working on your request. If your commission is eligible for half payments, the second half is due on completion of the sketch.

If you are planning to use my work commercially (reselling, prints, shirts, etc.), it is necessary you inform me because it will affect the price. For commercial use, the price is marked up by 400% (or 4 times the total price). You will also have to pay this fee if you would like me to remove my signature, though proper credit is still necessary when using my work.

You may receive a partial (50-75%) refund upon your cancellation if you have paid in full. You will receive a full refund if I have to cancel your request. If I need to cancel your request, but you would like me to continue, let me know, and we can try to come to a solution.

Communication:

When contacting me, I will do my best to respond in a timely manner, but if my commission list is full, I may not message you as I will be busy working.

It is necessary that you, stay in consistent contact with me. However, please limit your contact to asking about updates once every other day. I will offer a time estimate in addition to a payment estimate before I begin working. 

Please ensure that when you fill in my commission form or send me an email, you try to be as detailed as possible about your commission.

Once I accept your commission, I will send a low resolution sketch with a watermark that I will change up to 2 times if requested. After which I will send updates as I finish the work. Once the work is finished, I will send you another low-resolution image with a watermark that I can make changes to only the color.

After you sign off on the finished product, I will send you the full-resolution PNG without a watermark through email or a Google Drive link, depending on file size.

My Illustration Rights As The Artist:

I can use any commissioned illustration for my portfolio. I may also show a low-quality version or time-lapse on various social media. I will not use your commission for merchandise. You may, however, use my work for things like personal prints, profile pictures, or social media posts.
